Ingredients Needed For Thai Chicken Bites

If you take a look at the ingredients list, the only thing you probably won’t have in your pantry is this sweet chili sauce. Here’s everything you’ll need to make Thai Chicken Bites:

  • Chicken Breast –boneless & skinless! You could also make this recipe with shrimp.
  • Flour, Garlic Powder, Salt + Pepper – dry ingredients used to coat the chicken as a breading.
  • Egg + Milk – wet ingredients used to bread the chicken.
  • Canola Oil – for frying! You can also use peanut oil!
  • Sweet Chili Sauce – for the perfect amount of sweet and heat. Look for something like this.
  • Carrots + Cilantro – both are used for garnish! I personally really like these with the chicken bites but you can always leave them out.

How to Make Thai Chicken Bites

First, you’re going to want to coat the chicken pieces in flour and egg and then pan-fry until crispy. Pan-frying is like deep frying but healthier. Or at least that’s what I tell myself. After the chicken is crispy, coat it in the sweet chili sauce and serve. Pretty quick and painless, right?
