🇺🇸🇨🇦🏃♂️ This weekend marks a tradition I've held close for the past five years: The "Murph" workout. Named after Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, it's a grueling challenge that honors the sacrifice of those who've given their lives in the service of their country. For my American family, friends, and colleagues, Memorial Day weekend is a time of remembrance and reflection. For me, it's a time to connect with the spirit of endurance and perseverance that the "Murph" represents.The workout is tough: 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, another 1-mile run all while wearing a 20-pound vest. 💪 My personal goal this year? To beat my 2019 record of 55 minutes and 20 seconds. Yet, Memorial Day and the "Murph" aren’t just about personal goals. They're about community, unity, and shared respect for those who have given so much. 📣So, to my followers on both sides of the border, I extend an invitation: join me in this year's "Murph" challenge!
